This policy describes the current WhenReset website. It applies to browsing our pages and any information you choose to send us. It does not cover the privacy practices of third-party websites.
Email notifications
If you subscribe, we store your email address, selected platforms, language, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and delivery records in PostgreSQL. Resend processes alert emails. Cloudflare routes messages sent to our contact address when configured. Submitting your email subscribes you to the selected platform immediately; no confirmation email is required. You can stop notifications using the unsubscribe link. These details are not sold or used to connect to your AI account. Confirmation and subscription-management pages do not load Clarity; email inputs are masked. Pending verification links expire, and inactive tokens and delivery data are subject to operational cleanup.
Information we handle
The current site has no account registration, payment form or connection to your AI accounts. It does not ask for API keys, account credentials or personal usage limits. Your language and platform selections are represented in the page URL.
Technical requests and logs
Loading a website sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to the server or hosting provider. Such information may be processed to deliver pages, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. Hosting-related retention depends on the provider and deployment settings; no fixed retention period is promised here.
